Once you switch on Marvin's toggle, you will see the list of events. You should select a conversion event from the list which you would like Marvin to consider while optimizing your campaigns towards your target CPA. Your tCPA will also be taken into consideration by Marvin according to the action you have selected here.

For example, if your campaign objective is "Traffic", and you select "Website Leads" as your Marvin conversion event, then Marvin will try to maximize "Website Leads" actions coming from your campaign while keeping the "Cost per Lead" at or under your tCPA.
