If the currency of the ad you promoted is in the wrong place, then we need to contact Facebook.
Necessary information is written below. Please share them with your Customer Succes Manager, for them to reach out to FB Direct Support:
1. Adgroup ID (which is live/active right now) with the issue
2. What is the currency for that ad?
3. Preview the Ad on device and provide screenshot of how it looks
4. Facebook username/account used for all the steps above
5. What is the locale of that user? If you can provide a screenshot of the following link from that user account at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=language
